Dan hoeft u nu geen nieuw AruREG-profiel aan te maken. Heeft u een verlenging nodig? Dan dient uw zorgaanbieder een nieuwe intentieverklaring per e-mail naar ons te sturen. Bent u zelf de zorgaanbieder? Dan dient u zelf het verzoek tot verlenging in via e-mail.
